“During” Pictures – Planting Season

We took advantage of some nice days in late April and May to start on some of the larger permanent landscaping. Of course, the purchase of a significant number of new trees required the purchase of a “baby” John Deere for Peder. Laura gave him a bit of a tough time about this one, but the tractor has come in super handy beyond just the tree planting. The little seating area on the side of the house was our Mother’s Day project. This will be another area for us to sit with the dogs once we get the side fencing (black 4 ft. aluminum) installed.
