The Before
The kitchen is pretty much made up of a long row of cabinets, some banged-up walls and some less than inspiring tile floor. One nice thing is the wall of windows that keeps it from being closed in.
Nearly Done
We are nearly done with the kitchen so thought we’d share the progress. As compared to the “before” pictures, you’ll see that we took out the one door (where the refrigerator is now) and widened the doorway from the kitchen into the dining/living area. All new cupboards, counters, flooring and appliances.
In the picture below, you can see that we put in a half wall where the black railing to the downstairs was and put in a kitchen “breakfast bar.”
